Shipping & Returns

The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs if the wrong product was ordered or if the customer does not want the item anymore. There is a 14-day refund/exchange period from the day of purchase. Any returned items must be in their original condition. It will be inspected and we will let you know if it's approved or rejected for a refund/exchange.
Items such as earrings, headwear etc will not be eligible for a return or refund (due to hygienic reasons) unless the incorrect item was given.
Should the item be incorrect or damaged when recieved we will replace it (if stock is available) or give a refund.
